If you mean which vendors offer JET HOT (or any ceramic metallic coatings) on their headers, probably most do as an option. You'd have to contact them.
If you mean are their any ceramic metallic coating vendors, I don't think so.
If you're asking about applying a ceramic metallic coating of your oem cast iron exhaust manifolds, try JET HOT or HPC. Both have plants across the USA.
Oh, and if the latter is what you're asking about, expect a few to question your thought process of coating cast iron oem exhaust manifolds. I've done it several times after grinding casting marks and numbers off of them. The coating looks great and it allows you to remove any thin sheet metal heat shielding as another benefit.
It's your car to do with as you please.

Jet Hot themselves will price it for you ,send you a quote, and take care of your needs a bit cheaper than going thru a vendor. They were very helpful with me earlier this week, and sent me a quote and information pronto. Web search their number or site.

Just a ball park figure on the cost, it cost me just under $200 to have used sbc cast iron oem manifolds done in JET HOT (inside and outside).
Since I'm in AZ and they have a plant about 100 miles away, it saved me on shipping.
Check their website for the plant nearest you...

Swain Tech coats exhaust components, including exhaust manifolds, with a white ceramic coating "White Lightning" that they state will reduce thermal emissions by approximately 50%. Their web site URL is www.swaintech.com.

I have had my headers, high-flow cats, and x-pipe coated with good results.
