Default Quick! Which injectors??
Heres the skinny. I need to order new injectors with my other stuff tonight so what do I need?

2001Z
Livernois stage 2 heads
Fast 90/CAI
230/230 .600 114 ish cam
Kooks 1 3/4 catless
Corsa Indy

I'm assuming a 42# would be good, any opinions on this or on a specific brand. Flowmatched/not?

30# SVO's are what you want! They are all over fleabay for $200 or less. Flow matched is a good choice, but not necessary IMHO.
The 30# SVO's are actually around 36# at our fuel pressure. (58psi)

30# will be fine for your listed mods...Anything in the 30-42# range will work and be easily tunable.
