Real simple. Is there a rubber seal inside the coolant tank cap...
Reason being I had a slight cooling issue last weekend. Turns out fan was wired incorrectly. Well I took it for a ride the other day and did not screw the cap down all the way.. The cap came off and believe or not I found it. So I took for another ride tonight. Everything is running great except I made a high speed pass tonight. Pulled into gas station to get some fuel and dexcool all around the tank cant tell were it came from. Cap was tight and it was under pressure. No rubber seal under coolant cap not sure if thats normal... It shouldn`t matter since it still had pressure under it I think? Just trying to figure were this coolant is coming from on top of tank... Nothing coming out around heads gonna double check return hoses again... Thanks
Looking for just a little help can someone take a peak at the coolant cap???? Let me know if there is a rubber gasket or a pic of the bottom of the cap would be great thanks... All my hoses look good...
