Electrical Drain
My 2000 is draining the battery within a couple of days. When I charge the battery, I get a very loud clicking noise and any lights that are on (such as the underhood light) flikers as the car clicks. I am at a loss. Any ideas.

I recently repaired a similar problem. It turned out to be an electrical short in the radio. Do a search for parasitic drain or electrical short and you should find some help there. You'll need a multimeter to track down the system that's causing the drain. If your car is not a DD you can also try process of elimination by pulling some fuses such as radio, power seats, A/C, etc. and see if the drain stops. With a multimeter tracking down the problem could take as little as 20-30 minutes. Process of elimination may take a week or more. Good luck.
