Cool Flex Radiator hose

Their website should explain many questions. See if they have an FAQ section.
I have used COOL-FLEX hoses on a number of highly modified tri five Chevy cars in the past. They're USA made. They're copper, which IMO is better than the off shore copies made in stainless.
The copper is more flexible and when chromed (or in colors) looked great on a detailed engine bay. COOL FLEX is warranted for life. The copper can be bent to fairly extreme angles. The copper doesn't heat fracture.
Measure twice (or more) and cut once. The coils are not spiral so cutting is easy with a hacksaw. Dress the burrs down with a belt sander or file and thoroughly clean. They supply SUPERGLUE to secure the ID rubber collar adapters. Otherwise, the collars will slip out during installation (if used).
I used the product with and without the optional billet end covers. It looked good either way. If you don't use the billet covers, you could use constant torque stainless clamps in lieu of the usual worm clamps.
The kits are a little expensive though, especially with the crazy prices of copper. SUMMIT RACING is where I bought all of mine.
In all honesty, I don't think this product looks as good in a C5/Z06 engine bay as it did in a '55-56-57 Chevy.
It's your car to do with as you please.
