Need help with codes.....

Thanks
Steve
Bottom line you have at least one cylinder running very lean on the driver's side of the engine (Bank 1). There can be several causes for this ...
*An injector is clogged and not supplying enough fuel
* If you were running the engine so that it had a high demand for fuel (WOT at high RPM, for example) and you have a weak fuel pump, that can cause the problem
How long have you had the Vararam installed ??? It is possible for the Vararam to change the air flow through the MAF enough to cause a lean condition. If you've only had the Vararam a few weeks, that's a possibility. If you've had it for several years, it is unlikely to be part of the problem.
Have you done any work in the engine compartment recently ???
Here's the Service Manual steps ... (I'm skipping some because they require a Tech2)
* Visually inspect vacumn hoses for splits, kinks, and proper connections
* Ensure vehicle has more than 10 percent fuel (about 2 gallons) - refuel and clear DTC if less than 10 percent - drive vehicle and see if problem returns
* Check Heated O2 Sensor (HO2S) for proprer instllation and that wiring/connectors are good
* Check for exhaust leaks forward of the HO2S
* Check for vacumn leaks at the intake manifold, throttle body, and injector O-rings
* Check the air induction system for leaks (between MAF and Throttle body)
* Check the AIR system for leaks and for shut-off valves not closing
* Check crancase ventilation system for leaks
After finding the problem be certain to reset the Long Term Fuel Trim value to ZERO
