hall tech stinger question
Having some probs getting the correct stinger cai, the vendor sent me this on the 2nd time around, which was suppose to be the correct parts, but im thinking different. this is suppose to be for a 02 z06.
anyone know what yr bridge this is for? **note hole**
and unless im a major wussy, the couplers are way undersized - in the pic the maf is about flush od to od. the filter coupler is about 1/4" thick wall around the dia so basically i need about 3/8-1/2" bigger dia. The first coupler sent to me which was for a c6 zo6 fit perfect, but had a hole/boss for something. Even with windex and lots of @#$@$# words i see no way in heck this is working. Im lucky to get 3/4 of the coupling on even with trying to use a screw driver to pry it on.

The hole on the side is for the IAT sensor in a 97-00 C5. Your Z06 has the IAT integrated with the MAF, so it is not needed. Also, your 02 MAF is bigger than the 97-00 MAF, which explains why it wont fit. That is the incorrect part for your car.

That's for a 97-00 I believe. LOL the same thing happened kinda to me when I ordered one for my 97 c5. They sent me the one for the 01-04 and everything was to big.
Note the hole on the side. Its for the air intake temp sensor. They sent you the wrong one.
