push rod length what size
i am installing patriot gold dual 650. lift valve springs and yella terra 1.8 rockers is there anyone runing this setup and what size push rods are you using. also are you using sims. thanks jim

Best to check the wipe and then measure for pushrod. Since you have the spring tool, swap in a set of checking springs on #1 and set the wipe. Then measure for pushrod length with the shim (or without). See my AFR thread on how to do this.

After doing this I ended up with 7.4 push rods for some PAC .650 lift springs and 1.8 YTs with no shims. Other people have reported that they needed to use the shims, so it not an absolute without measuring first.
