Default Dash lights flickering...Help

I need some help! When the car is on after a while the radio, heat controller displays start to flicker and the volts gauge starts to go below 13 volts.
Could it be the altenator or battery or ground or a cable? Can anyone help?

Its a 1997

Default grounding problems

Hey,

Had the same issue, bad ground to battery in my case. The batt terminal post connection was not so good. Please check out the other great posts on grounding, several points under the hood also get pretty bad over time,

my 02 Z has the same thing. there is a great tech forum by bill curely all about this. It is a grounding issue. I have included the URL for you to go to. If you want I have some wiring schematics for my vette electrical's connections. I can send them to you if you need them. Although they might be different because you have a 1997. If you want them please send me a PM
