I have delt with Katech for years and their customer service has been excellent. They have delivered everything I've ordered on time, if not early. I would give them a second try before you pass judgement on them. BTW I ordered my throttle body during there GP sale and recieved it with in a week. Let's here from some of the other happy customers that have had good luck with them. We've already heard the negative stuff and most of you guy's probably have never ordered from Katech. Have a good one :)

I'm surprised that something like this happened to someone dealing with Katech.
I have had nothing but the best experiences with them. They are one of, if not THE best one can find IMHO.
I'd write them and let them know... this is NOT what I have encountered in dealing with them.
