Default Torque Specs

Hi Everyone, I'm using Dope's clutch install write up (Found Here) to R&R my Slave and hopefully remedy my Sticky Pedal issues... His writeup is very good, with pictures and everything, But i wanted some details on TQ Specs for some of the things i'm unbolting...

Anyone have information on the following Tq Specs I'd really appreciate it:

Rear Brake Caliper Bolts (2x15mm)
Rear Upper Shock Bolts (2x13mm)
Rear Upper Control Arm Bolts (2x18mm)
Rear Suspension/Tranny/Diff Cradle (4x21mm)
Torque Tube to Bell Housing Bolts (13x13mm)

Thanks a Lot Guys!
