Balljoint longevity
My car has 135K miles on it of daily driven use, I need to replace an inner tie rod from bumpin a curb 
so I'll need an alignment. While I'm at it, I'm thinking of doing the ball joints, though at $550 + the tool and my time that isn't exactly pocket change. Has anyone replaced their ball joints? How long did yours last (I know this is a "it depends" question)

I've replaced two sets,2 different cars, and both have over 60k on them. Due to the effort level of replacing balljoints I would suggest the best units you can afford. Since your in the suspension that deep already, you might think about replacing your bushings with polyeurethane units while your there.

Yeah I plan to get Spicer uppers and Moog lowers (with the grease fittings) from Rockauto.com. Should be around $550 ish for all 8 of them. I'm still on the fence about the Poly bushings. I don't want the ride to be any more harsh, and definately do not want any squeeking problems. I'd get the VBP kit.... hmmm decisions......
