I'm sure most people are going to tell you neither, wait and get a custom tune.
With that said I have had great experiences with diablo. I used a normal one and the one that came with my vortech on my 05 gt mustang. I haven't used one on a vette but one the stang it was fine, and customer service was pretty good as well.
