Default Ls6 VS. Ls2 manifold?

Ls6 VS. Ls2 manifold? Which would be better with 243 ported heads with a 90mmTB & a good street cam is there any benefit to one or the other for my 01 c5

I have heard and read that the LS6 intake flows better than the LS2. But I'm not sure with a 90TB. I wouldnt think you would get the full benifit of the 90 with the LS6 because it is set up for a 80TB. The LS2 was designed for the 90TB. I could be all wrong. Be interested to know also.

This subject has been beat to death. Stick with the LS6 manifold, it outperforms the LS2 manifold.

I read an article that tested just about all of the GM manifolds and the FAST. The LS6 manifold flowed the best of all of the GM manifolds. The truck manifold was second. The LS2 actually LOST horsepower from the LS1 manifold!

Yes, a modded LS1 with an LS6 manifold will outperform an equally modified LS1 with an LS2 manifold.

Usually, things are cheap to purchase because everyone is getting rid of them.......LS2's suck. Period. Worst than LS1's even. They can be ported some, and that helps, but why not step up to the LS6 in the beginning.

Yep, only thing better is the FAST, but unless your mod's warrant that, or plan to get to that level, not worth the bang for the buck.
