Default Dead passenger door controls

The passenger side door controls (window up/down, lock/unlock) are dead as a doornail on my 02' C5 Z06! The controls on the driver side door work fine and operate the passenger window and lock functions. I searched and found a "fix" but still no worky.

I pulled the tube between the door and car and located the harness with the blue connector. All terminals looked fine, no corrosion at all. I hit them with some contact cleaner and reconnected. I put some black tape around the one silver wire with clear insulation that ends up exposed.

What's my next move, pull the door panel and check that connector??? Thanks for your help!

Are the lights on the passenger side control working when door opens? If not the connector to that may be off.

Can easily check the panel connector by lifting the panel out of the door. With a flat blde screwdriver and a cloth so as not to cause a scratch pull up on the FRONT (Towards the front of the car when door closed) of the panel. The front lifts up first and it tilts up and out. When out you will see it has a metal guide that sticks in the back. Key is pull up from front. Incidentally the driver side is opposite that and the back lifts out first. Check the connection there.

Minitech you sir are the man!!! I carefully pried the control cover off as you instructed and sure enough the switches where disconnected. Must have happened when I had new speakers installed. I felt like an *** when a couple passengers pointed out the controls weren't working. "It's a Corvette" I said, "they can be a little quirky". :o

If you are ever in my neighborhood the beers are on me!
