That's just scary! :eek: To think that a shop could flub such an easy job. No pride in their work. Great that you caught it before catastrophe struck. :blueangel:
I always check work done if I HAVE to take it to someone else.

Sounds like you found part of your clutch problem as well. Chunks sounds like a problem with the Master.......but I am no expert........... :confused:

I can somewhat relate. On my daily driver I had a shop do all the work on a brake job. Nothing as serious as yours...I ended up with a stripped stud bolt. That lesson taught me it's best to work on the car yourself or use a well know and very well reputed mechanic. The hard part is finding a well know and very well reputed mechanic.
