Yep. 125 ft-lbs. and red loc-tite. I do recall they were a biatch to remove when I replaced mine.

Brake torque specs
I'm putting new brakes and rotors all around on my 03 Z06 and need the torque specs for the caliper mounting brackets. I saw a posting that C4's are 166 lb/ft. Is it the same for a C5? They were tough getting off. Should I use loctite.

The bolts from GM come with a red thread locker material already installed on them. I change my brake rotors several times per track season and have just stopped bothering with the thread locker. Tightening the bolts to 125 I have never had one without thread locker come loose.
