Default Hurst Install

So now that the trans is fixed and I don’t have to deal with the warranty company any more I finally installed my Hurst shifter....WOW what a difference 1st and 6th are closer that 1st and 2nd used to be. It will take some getting used to but so far I love it.

Yeah- if you're into the short and precise shifts, you'll love the hurst. It's tight- no slop. I've had mine in place for 4+ years. Once you get over the notchiness, the occasional rattles, and the side to side stiffness - it's great.

Default A little trouble

Mine was in when I got it. I haven't tried to adjust it, or smooth any edges. I understand the springs can be changed. Also 5th and 6th are a little too notchy and HARD to hold over, but I do like it.
