Default What is your ride height

My car is presently set up on Z06 wheels/tires and the ride height is 27" to the center of the wheel opening at all four corners. Curious what others are running.

Thanks

I'm interested too... Plz note how much you've lowered...

I am at 27 3/8" Front & 28 3/8" Rear.

I believe I'm 3/4" lower than stock. Z51 here.

This is good information, but how about posting if you have a Z06, or non-stock tires. The Z06 tires are shorter than the stock non-Z06's and will lower your ride height by 1/4 - 3/8 of an inch or so.

Just measured mine and it's 27 3/8 in front and 28 in back. I lowered the Z51 on the stock bolts. From these posts, it seems like I oughta be able to go about a half inch lower (although I'd like a full inch). I haven't checked the bolts in a while, but I believe I cranked them all the way when I did it initially. Anyone have any advice on this?

One more thing...who's the guy on the forum with the black coupe with Z06 chromes who lives in Pleasanton, CA? I saw his car the other day parked in a lot up there and it's exactly the way I want mine.

Thanks, guys, this thread is helpful.

I just measured mine, has not been lowered. Stock height tires on front (275/40 - 17) Z06 size on back (295/35 - 18) Height is 27-3/4 on front, 28-5/8 on back. Waaaaay too much gap - coming down soon.

Has anyone lowered scraped paint under the front, or just the frame extension?

I'm glad you asked. Mine seems to be screwed up.

It's 27 1/2" driver side front, 27 3/4" passenger side front
and 28 3/4" driver side rear, 29" passenger side rear

2002, OEM standard wheels, OEM tires, Z51, factory-set ride height, 4K miles.

Should I have the dealership correct this?

I think these are pretty close. Maybe off 1/8" either way.

Rear - 27 3/4"
Front - 26 3/4"

26 3/4 all around. My Pilots are lower at 255/40/17 - 285/35/18. Z51 and Bilsteins. I scrape on the damn roll curb on my driveway. Have a couple of scars on the underneath fiberglass, even with the rocker rails from Andy installed. Also have the framesavers which do help.

I never even noticed my car was so high until I started reading this forum. Now, I can't stand the looks of anything over about 27 inches. Thanks guys!

98 six speed, Sounds OK to me. Mine kinda does that too. The ground that it is sitting on (garage?) probably isn't level. Try turning the car around and measuring again. Also, measure it parked in other locations.

It's in the garage. Good idea. I'll turn it around and check it again tomorrow.

Thanks.

27 1/4 front, 27 5/8 rear. Z-51 suspension, bolts turned ALL THE WAY, there aint no more. Low enough for me, with the rough roads here.
