Another starting problem
This morning my recently purchased 98 6 speed c5 wouldn't start when I came out of a store. I turned the key and all the interior things came on but the starter made no sound. I tried about ten more times with the same results. I wiggled on the steering wheel a few more times with no change . Waited about 30 seconds tried again same results. Waited again then the car tried to start but wouldn't stay running. After two more times of this it started and ran fine. It has started ok since. Does this sound like the steering wheel interlock or something else? Thanks

didn't you get any kind of message on the dic? (says corvette at start) i would also suggest that you clean your key pellet with alcohol too, just in case. could be several other things but battery and battery connections is a good place to start, as mentioned already.
