Default I/P upper dash trim pad help

Can any one tell me how to remove dash trim pad. I removed a 2 screws just above the instrament pannel. As well as 1 small screw on end dash at passenger door. I have a couple of air ducts i need to replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are a couple of screws in the top center of the dash under the vent. Screws on both sides and screws in the front areas. You need to remove the center console sections to get to the screws on the front of the dash pad. Don't forget the two screws holding the IP Cluster to the top of the pad also. It takes about 2.5 hours to get it out and back in.

The more you do it- the faster it'll go. You'll need a 10mm, 7mm and a t-20 torx. My best time is 40 min from start to setting the whole dash on the garage floor. Its really not that hard, as intimidating as it may look. The interior of our cars was designed for ease of service.... suprisingly!!
