Power Steering Pulley?

I took a hole saw and cut a couple of 1" holes in the pulley opposite of eachother and at different differences from the center.
I put a 13 mm socket through and loostened the pump perfectly.
It does not make a vibration or anything and certianly didn't weaken it.

Use the stock GM aluminum LS2 pulley. It has "spokes", is the same diameter, is cheap and is a "plug-n-play" (no mods of any kind). Problem solved

I did the same. This pulley is steel and less than $20 from the dealer. If you like polished billet aluminum than RevXtreme is the way to go.
