Default Head lights trouble

I have lights trouble, it all started after I installed factory fog lamps. I thought I did it correct. the lights worked fine for a week until this morning, When I went out all of the lights were working fine including the fog lamps.
After about 45 minutes of the engine running the fog lamps on. And DRL on I notice on my HUD my turning arrows were on, I pressed the hazards switch in I notice it got brighter on the HUD push the Hazard switch again and the lights got dimmer BTW "it was also lite in the cluster." Parked the car engine running I walk around and notice no fog lamps no parking lights were on in the front my rear lights were on.
I turned off parking lights and my DRL came on very Dim. I turned on my head lights they would not pop up but the lights were on, I went home on the way home if I had to use my turn signal it would blink very fast as if a Bulb was out, BUT if I pressed the Hazard switch it would work normal. I took the whole dash apart I got to the hazard switch which I think it's the culprit, I just have to wait until Tuesday to get a replacement. My question to you is. Is this the right place to first look?
PS (with the Hazard switch out disconnected) my head lights won't pop up I have no DRL and no turn signals.
What are your thoughts? Please if you can help me please post your comments. Thank you in advance

That statement didn't seem very confident. I would recheck the wiring. Were the stock plugs used? Disconnect the battery and use an ohm meter to see if the power lead of the fogs is shorted to ground. Check the fuse/s. HTH

Yes the stock plug was used grounded each light the the groun post at each side right next to the head light plug is at. spliced the purpul wire to the purpel wire under the #39 fuse, as per the directions.

If it's not too difficult, I would restore your wiring to factory, check your related fuses and re-test. If everything comes back to normal, use a relay to isolate your fog lights and power them off the battery with a fuse link.

I did this. and had the same issue as the first post. So I moved on to the Hazard switch. Unfortunately By the time I went to the Stealer the parts dept was closed. I checked the forum vendors and shipping was almost the cost of the part, so I'll wait until Monday to get a new switch and replace it. if all works well then I will connect the fog lamps to see if that is causing the trouble.
Thanks for the suggestions. Please keep them coming

Default Update on troubles

Hello everyone
I went to the dealer got a new Hazard switch part #GM10359036
Installed it in the vette. My Hazard lights works fine. But here is the trouble.
With the Ing. key on motor not running
#1. DRL....Yes
#2. Parking Lights yes But the right side is dim very dim
#3. Headlights Come on BUT don't pop up
Manually popped them up and the right is dim almost like the bulb is ready to burn out. Inside hood lights comes on when I turn on head lights otherwise is off.
#4. Left turn Signal light Blinks Fast rear only no front
Right Turn signal does the same.

With Car Running
#1. HUD shows My signal marks Steady on and my head lights on. My light switch is off and hazards is turned off.
#2. When I use the left signal the flasher on cluster is a fast flashes as if a bulb is burnt. go look at it, the rears are good the front is nearly visibl
The same goes for the right signal. and always see the steady arrows on my cluster-Dashboard.
Hazard work properly.

After shutting off the Motor or Ing the motor for the head lights keep ticking. If I turn the light switch to parking lights the ticking STOPS. when I turn to OFF ticking starts.
To make it stops I insert key turn to on turn lights to on. then turn key to off and lights to off turn key to on again then to off after a few times of this the Headlights Stops ticking. as post #1 stats this all started by me wanting to install OEM Fog Lamps. Is there anyone out there that can give me a clue on what I should be looking for.
I tested all of the fuses in engine and in the passenger foot well I also found 10amp fuse in the foot well that was Blown. label was C/Cke don't know exactly what that meant.
I also checked for codes here they are
B2578 RF Turn signal monitor
B2583 LF Turn signal monitor
B2527 Horn Relay Circuit.. I also lost my horn
PCM P1539 A/C Clutch Status Circuit High Voltage Circuit
TCS C1255 EBTCM Internal Malfunction.

I'm sorry this is long But I want to explain exactly the symptoms that are occurring. If anyone can help me I will be eternally grateful
