As far as I'm concerned you are one VERY lucky guy ... you should have run out and bought a lottery ticket right after this happened ..... most people would have seen the car destroyed by the fire ... the garage destroyed by the fire ... and the house destroyed by the fire .....
The fact you walked away uninjured .... with only some wiring needing replacement .... wow ... again ... you are a lucky guy.
Yep, a guy lost his house in the Denver area last week while working on his 'vintage' Vette, not sure about what kind of Vette is was, but at least no one was injured.
Then to add to this guys luck, he gets an engine harness! Good luck with the install, its not going to be easy...
Does anyone know where I can get an engine wiring harness without going to the dealer?? I have a 99' w/auto tranny. GM says they made 9 different harnesses for my vette that year, so getting the right one from a junkyard has been hard. Anyone? Beuhler?......Buehler?.....
