Default HID gremlin...... help

Installed low beams HID a few months ago, and everything seemed ok. Then last week, both lights would turn on and pop up, but when turned off they would not retract. Then last night, only passanger lights up, driver side no power. I checked fuse panel and the 10 amp dr. side low beam is burned. What is my next step? replace with another 10 amp or 15 amp? any suggestions? These are the fleabay type, $150 price tag..

Search on General for HID, many possibilities for fixes listed there

I would first suggest a dedicated battery based wiring harness with relays like any aftermarket light kit would have. This should resolve most issues by providing a steady level of current.
