Okay - 1997 corvette - hooked up the computer to find out why my AC won't work (since the compressor seems to be fine and there is freon in the system)
Here's what I got:
Can anyone help me with what the actual problems are that it pulled up?
Better to use the DIC to get the codes, it will sometimes display codes that a scanner will not. Post what you find, make sure to include the H or C at the end. When you hit the A/C button, does the "A/C" light stay on or blink and go out? What does the external temp readout say? Is it correct?
I believe your scan software is not accurate. I can't find a B0521 for the AC system in my resources.
The only B0521 listed that i can find is
B0521 Tachometer Signal Circuit Malfunction.
The other three may have been set due to low voltage or a bad ground/connection.
Need to find out if they are current and active or in History.
Like stated pull codes through the DIC and post back up.
I have been considering purchasing this software package. How long have you had it? On your PC can you expand the Instrument Panel Cluster bullet? It looks like AutoEnginuity has a programming error that needs correcting. The benefit of having a C5 is you can check the accuracy of its callouts and see if they will make corrections.
Is your U1255 code current? That might mean the actual module causing a problem will not show up on the scanner. If you recently had your BCM replaced it may not have been set up correctly and the BCM is waiting for a data link State of Health reply it is never going to get.

External readout seems to be accurate. Sometimes I'm not able to turn the AC off (have to hit the OFF button and turn it all off). If it's already on when I start the car and I want to turn it off, it just blinks. When AC is on it just blows hot air out.
These look to be errors that will NOT illuminate the MIL-looks to be Body Control Module comm errors, possibly a bad connection/ground on the BCM. Also looks like maybe seat memory is messed up too. I have this S/W for GM and Ford-it's great for the money. The BCM contols a lot of stuff like this-check the connections first, clear all the codes via the PC and try it again.
