Default Code help

I'm getting these following codes thrown at me. I just bought this key fob a year ago and wouldn't expect it to go out already. Replaced batteries 3 times with 3 different brands so I'm sure its not the problem.

IPC
U1160 - Loss of communication with LDCM

A0-LDCM
B2284 - Battery #2 Circuit
B2276 - Door lock motor/mirror heater circuit

A1-RDCM
B2285 - Battery #2 Circuit
B2277 - Door lock motor/mirror heater circuit

B0-RFA
U1096 - Loss of communications with IPC
U1064 - Loss of communications with BCM
U1016 - Loss of communications with PCM

Would all of this stem from a bad fob or do I need to check into something else? Thanks everyone!

Are the current (C) or history (H)?

Have you tried clearing the codes to see if they just go away?

If you disconnect the battery these cars have a tendency to throw codes because the loss of power interrupts communications between the various computers.

Did you buy the fob new? Do you have the second fob and does it work? Lots of fobs for the earlier models going bad lately, looks like the end of their lifespan. Fobs won't throw a code, but you need to check history od current and then clear them all out and see what comes back.

Here's what I'm getting now since the reset. Those codes didnt come back. Here is what codes are left. I forgot to include the TPM codes and light codes in my original post. Also my lock button on the drivers side doesn't work when I push it. I've referred to Curlee's electrical post and can't find a solution. Fob still doesnt work.

IPC
U1160 - Loss of communication with LDCM (H)

BCM
B0502 RH DRL Relay Circuit (HC)
B0507 LH DRL Relay Circuit (HC)
B2578 Right Front Turn Signal Monitor Circuit (H)
B2583 Left Front Turn Signal Monitor Circuit (H)

B0-RFA
C2100 Left Front TPM Sensor Malfunction (HC)
C2105 Right Front TPM Sensor Malfunction (HC)

I can't see what these codes have to do with your FOB. The (H) codes are history codes and if you clear them they should go away. You need to concern yourself with the (C) or current codes. You are having problems with your Daytime Running Lights (DRL) and Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) sensors. The front turn signals is a history code.

Have you checked your fuses to see if they are okay?

Welcome to the club!! Mine don't work either. I have a 99 FRC. One thought is that the body control module (BCM) got screwed up and needs to be reprogrammed. I cannot pull up the FOB training screen on the DIC.

My brother and I will eventually figure out. More likely him than me because he is far better at this stuff than me. I would say he makes me look like an amateur but that would be overly generous toward me.

Hope you figure it out soon.
