Replaceing a Valve Spring help

OK, I busted a valve spring on my 12,000 mile '03 Z going 40 miles and hour (and not in 1st). So, the question is, can you replace a valve spring with the head on the block? Or better put, is there some kind of tool that makes this possible? I'm worried about having to get the head back on and torqued and stretched correctly with the engine still sitting in the bay. And if I go to all of that trouble, I may as well change over to the Comp cam springs. But, I'm not ready for all of that yet. And, I really don't want to pull and engine again.

The Crane tool is the best one out there for this, personally I would swap them all at this point, just in case another one is not too far behind the first one to break.
