Alright I know this question get beat to death around here, but I have rear all the threads and I still don't have a final answer to my problem, or what step to take next.
I have an 02 ZO6, she has 67k on her. I have flushed the clutch fluid, reaplaced rear diff fluid replaced trans fluid. I have put the car in 5th and 6th ar 55mph and accelerated and the car albeit slowly accelerates just fine. Now when I run through the gears the clutch pedal becomes absolute mush. What is my next step????
The car seems to shift fine no grinding, no difficulty going into the gears.

If I want to replace the slave, should I go factory, or is there a better upgrade?
Factory is fine, but troubleshoot the system first before pulling the driveline. A faulty master can cause a spongy pedal too. Have you pulled the inspection cover to see if there is fluid leaking?

I have not gone that far yet. I have a vararam I need to install, so when I have it at my buddies shop ill take a look then.
I had the same thing
replaced the master first with no luck
then replaced the clutch slave and flywheel and no more problems.
Not sure what the problem was either stock clutch or slave, but once your in there you will want to do both anyway.
I put in a F1 Steel flywheel and Center Force 12 inch and I am super happy. My car had a Fidanza Aluminum and stock clutch(who does that?) and it was garbage and jerky. The new set up is much better, and no more mystery pedal.
