Default Cant find the thread

I cannot find where the hockey pucks were on a thread and it showed the size of the eye bolts to use.
Would any one know? It might seem unimportant but I need them right away that is why I will make these, not enough time to buy and have shipped.
The c5 goes up on a hoist Friday.

THANKS

The ones I made, I used an eye-screw with the following dimensions:
Outside diameter of the eye - 1-1/4".
Inside diameter of the eye - 3/4".
The shank is 1-3/8" long. This will thread all the way through the puck, but you can screw it in or out to get a snug fit in the frame slots. Works better to drill a hole in the puck first - kind of hard to turn the eyescrew in without it.
Good luck... It's pretty simple.

Default BMW pucks

The BMW pucks are surprisingly cheap and once installed can be left on the car.

Go here and look at post #4 for where to buy and the BMW part number ....

THANKS
Reminder -- 'hockey pucks' should only be used in the rear when using a 'hoist' -- per the manual.

For some 'light' reading on this subject (and more), here's a link to a write-up I did 2.5 yrs ago.
