Coolant mixture?
I'm confussed. When people say they have a coolant mixture of 60/40. Does this mean 60 coolant and 40 water or 60 water and 40 coolant?
Thanks,

Coolant protection
A 60/40 coolant blend is 60% coolant (protection) and 40 % water (distilled).

That's correct. The coolant percentage is always the first number shown in the ratio.
