Default DIC is scrambled?
My dic is scrambled with Chinese type numbers? Can't read anything? Was the language accidentally changed? How do I reset it to English? The car runs and seems to function fine?
Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure Chinese is not an option for the DIC.
Sounds like you have a gremlin in the system.

You may need to disconnect the battery wait about 2 minutes and reconnect. That should reset it.

Its back to normal on a restart. I have no idea what caused it?

Default DIC Scrambled
My C5 experienced the same problem - but only when it was below freezing.... not that I was driving it then! After it warmed up inside the car everything went back to normal. Moral - Vettes are not meant to be running when it's below freezing!

Maybe it at some Chinese food off the road. An hour later it was well again.
