This is happening to my C5, but I can't tell if the seam is at fault as it appears the leak starts at the top surge hose where it clamps to the surge tank, then runs down the surge tank and down the seam toward the front of the car.

I'm planning to replace the hose and clamp but I wonder if I should go ahead and replace the tank while I'm at it. My car has 107K miles on it.
