Default Refurb Servicing Recommendations

My 1999 C5 had not been driven in over a year. Purchased new, well maintained, garaged and only 17K miles. I would like to service it back to top driving condition. Just installed new Optima battery, changed both drive belts, and changed drive belt pulleys (thx to lots of help from the forum but still have minor squeak at idler). Also plan to install new TPS sensors and tires. All the owner manual suggests is oil change and air filter. What else needs to be done?

Change oil (obviously)
Air Filter
Fuel injector / lifter cleaner (just put a can of "sea foam" in gas)
Flush radiator ?
Flush brakes ?
Radiator Hoses? Look good but not sure about this.
TPS sensors (already purchased but not installed yet)
Tires (Current Eagles have good tread/look good but getting a little old).
Any switches/sensors etc that fail with age that should be replaced for future reliability ???

Appreciate any feedback while I'm motivated to fix it up.

Given the age, probably should flush cooling system and refill with new Dex Cool. Yes, change/flush/bleed brakes with new DOT 4 fluid.
Can of Sea Foam in fuel tank is a good idea, perhaps followed up with a 20 gallon bottle of Chevron Techron Plus.

Get under the car and look for any leaks, due to dried out seals. I doubt you'll find any, but good idea to check.

Looks like you got this covered. If you have any electrical problems, clean your grounds up. See sticky up top.
