That is correct. However, there may be another problem that led to this one. The diagnostic procedure says to check the following:
Disconnect the pump motor harness pigtail connector of the BPMV.
Measure the resistance between each pump motor control circuit and the housing of the BPMV at the pump motor harness pigtail connector of the BPMV.
Does the DMM display the specified value? The specified value is overlimit or infinity. If so then you just need to get the EBCM fixed. But if it doesn't read over limit or infinity then you need to replace the BPMV as well.
First, try cleaning all the ground connections in the engine compartment. Then, you may want to try pulling the main wire harness off the EBCM and making sure it is clean and not damaged in some way. Reconnect everything and see if you can clear your code. If not, pull the EBCM and send to ABS Fixer. Just sent mine there about a month ago. Great turn around and customer service. Good luck with it.
I got the same code but everyone say it disables those systems my tsc just stays on anyone else have this problem?
It does disable ABS, TC and AH. The relay that provides power to the brake pressure modulator valve can't reliably supply sufficient voltage to operate the pump motor inside the module so the complete system is shut down until the problem is fixed.
