The guy is making a big deal about his suspension option. It is an aftermarket emblem he put on hoping to look more like a Z06 or something. Can you say POSER? I have the Z51 with no emblem too so don't feel bad.

Technically, RPO Z51 is the Performance Handling Package which includes the RPO FE3 Sport Suspension and a power steering cooler. The FE3 Sport Suspension part of the package includes stiffer springs, stabilizer bars and heavier shocks.
If your car has the RPO Z51 Performance Handling Package, then both RPOs, Z51 and FE3 should show on its Service Parts Identification (RPO) Label located on the inside of your glove box lid.
