Default Headlight assembly - missing plastic part

My 2001 Z06 has a winking left headlamp. When I took it apart, I noticed that a small wedge shaped plastic part is missing. This plastic part is like a boot that goes on to the headlamp assembly frame and provides the stop for the closed position.

Anyone have a PN for this part. I called the dealer and they don't have the headlamp frame assembly schematic.

TIA,

TIA,

If it is the part I'm thinking of (white plastic), it isn't available as a separate item from GM. Looks like salvage yard is going to be your only recourse. BTW, there is more than one of these pieces on each headlight assembly and I have noticed a couple of mine were loose. I glued any that were loose so they won't come off.

Thanks! You are correct, there are 2 pieces per headlight.

Oh remove those silly flip up lights and replace with the flush ones. I got a nice kit for about $1000 for my C5.
