electrochromatic mirror not working?

electrochromatic mirror not working?
My dome lights appear to work fine, althought the small "flood light" in the center of the mirror that is supposed to shine on the shifter does not, and I can't get dimmer to turn on either, I believe there is supposed ot be a green LED that turns on right? Either way, is there a fuse somewhere that only pertains to that portion of the mirror? or is my mirror just fubared???
EDIT: Fixed my mirror, was a fuse in the block under the passenger kick panel. Still need info on my door lock though, might just make a new thread.

Another problem I have is that when I hit the lock button on my remote only the driver side will lock, you have to manually lock the passenger side, but the unlock works fine. It almost seems like the door doesn't try to lock at all "can't feel anything in the door when button is hit" but like I said unlock works fine. Any ideas on either problem?
