Do you need a tune after install?

Does an auto run normal (when not power braking) or wait for rpm to shift?

Harm to the auto tran.?

Your input is appreciated.

I just installed a Yank 3200 in mine about 3 months ago. I still havent gotten a tune for it, but it drives almost like stock and it doesnt hit the limiter and shifts normally. Hope this helps.

2000 coupe with Yank SS3600 installed for 4 years. Slight "sloppiness" but I do not notice it. Wife drives the car and notices no change from stock.Tune is needed - someone who can adjust shift points/pressure.
Sure is a lot of fun. Car will still roll from idle at 750 rpms.

I just installed (or currently in the process) a yank ss3600. I'll let you know how it feels this weekend.

I did my deal(Yank SY3500/3.42's) and a TransGo shift kit as my initial install. I didn't do a dyno-tune until about 6-months later with no issues.

I inslalled a 3.42 & a Yank 3200 I realy needed a tune..when the tran shifted it had the grace... of being hit whit a sleedge hammer not good , although many apparently appear to have no issues that was not my case. Put it in and you decide..
