If you don't know ... my first question is "why do you want to know" ??????
The BCM is located in the passenger footwell ..... peel the carpeting back from the top directly under the dash, then open the floorboard directly below the dash. There are two critical componenets there .... the one on the right holds fuses and relays, the silver box on the left is the BCM.

There's one important thing that I might add. This area should be completely dry. If you find any evidence of moisture, the A/C evaporator drain tube is probably clogged.
