left headlight out of control
Left headlight was starting to act up so replaced lt and rt gears with brass and no problems for 2 weeks. Now they both go up ok and the right goes down, however the left one goes down then pops up and down several more times before it comes to rest in the down position. One of the plastic stops seems to be slightly worn, if that matters. Thanks for your help. Cheers

Hi, yes, the plastic stops matter. There was a TSB on the issue years ago. Here's a link to a thread that discusses it very well
