power folding mirrors mod
Hey all need some help.. I have a 06 Tahoe LT which has the power folding mirrors. It's funny - until I got the Tahoe, I never dreamed I would want power folding mirrors (same w/heated seats!) but it IS a nice thing when your garage is pretty tight like mine is and you need to get around the Vette without bumping the mirrors - so I always manually fold them in right now.
I was wondering how hard it would be to put it on the C5 - I know it would require macgyvering in some mirror motors and mirror controls. Has anybody else checking into it or done it already?

The mirror mounts on the C5 probably will not take turning at any high frequency. There are enough problems with the mirror mounts popping loose if you only turn the mirrors when washing the car.
