It is under radiator on passenger side. If it is stock, it takes a 1/4 inch drive (square) to open. You will have to jack up to see.
CAUTION: Only turn it 90 degrees and then pull it out. IF you turn more than that, you shear off pin(s). NAPA has replacement for under $5, and it can be opened by hand.
IF draining, return car to level to drain.
