Codes and fix
Noticed lately that my door locks have began to not work properly on occassion when activated by the remote.
Pulled the codes and got these 2:
AL RDCM U 1064 H
AO LDCM U 1064 H
So from what I can gather through the history codes, I have a loss of communication with the DCM or Left and Right Door Control Module.
I'll assume this is a dealer trip for a fix. Luckily I still have a year left on my GMPP 0 deductible warranty and I trust my dealer to not mess up anything else.
My question is what is involved in the fix by the dealer? Does the dash have to be ripped out or is this something more accessible?
