I ditched the F45 ride select and went with Bilstein Sport shocks, VBP 1050 front bow spring / 800 rear bow spring and PFADT Extreme street sway bars front / rear. The car tracks good and the street / highway ride is actually better than OEM. For what it's worth.
VB&P is Vette Brakes & Products. They're one of the premier suspension tuners/mfgs/developers for the Corvette (all generations). Check out the auto-x road racing forum on here for better advice.
Personally I'd run some good coil-overs (DRM or LG) and some T1 bars and call it a day.
If rules do not require you to run a specific suspension I would look at something other than the T1 setup. Remember that is years old now.
coilovers would be a good idea. Depending on the money you want to spend I would look at Hardbar Penske setup. I just upgraded to them. My old setup were the LGs. Nothing wrong with those either I just wanted the next price level up.
I autocross in NCCC and if I were to install coil over shocks my car would be classed in Group 3 RP (race prepared). So I went with the VBP mono springs to stay in Group 3H - better competitive situation.
My point is, be aware of modifications you make and how those modifications affect your car's classification.
