Default Is my intake stock?

Is this intake stock? or which parts look after market? I'm sorry I'm a noob.
I have a 2003 c5. If it isn't stock, whats the name of the parts I have?

Really depends on the rest of the system. Is there an aftermarket exhaust? engine mods?
If nothing else was done... 5-10 hp. If there's a good exhaust.. 10-20hp

I have the magnaflow exhaust.

And this another noob question. I'm not sure if my magnaflow has the xpipe or not. How can I tell?

Default Xpipe or Hpipe?

The only way to tell if you have an Xpipe is to look under your car at the pipes. Looking at the back only identifies the cat-back system which yields minimal if any gains.

Here.. stole this from another thread. Its a nice pic of a X pipe. A stock pipe looks like an "H" in that same area. BTW, please go back to the dealer and SHOOT the dumb sob who put the dealer tag on your car.

That's not a stock air intake guys, it's a Vortex box with a BPP bridge, I have that same setup

Vortex claims 22hp increase and that is without the ram-air affect. I think they claim a .3 second increase in the quarter mile. I also have one, and I like it.

I would say the gain is about 10-13 Rear Wheel Horsepower or about 13-15 at the engine.

Both mvvatte97 and myself are referring to the intake manifold, which IS stock GM. You are thinking of the aftermarket air filter, no?

Not bad. Is that combined with my exhaust? Or is that 10-13 just from the intake? I read my magnaflow is about the 10-15 as well.

All of those "ratings" are just theory. The only way to know what you have at the rear wheels, is to put the car on a dyno. Never had my car on one, and I'd rather save the few hundred bucks for some fun.Me, I don't really give a crap, as long as I can smoke the tires if I feel like it, and keep up with all the wacos on the NE runs. I do, so it's all good. What else do you need to know, as long as you like the way your car runs, and it's fun? Really, numbers shouldn't matter that much, so don't get all caught up in that, unless you're that picky. There are so many mods you can do, but someone else will always have a better dyno run if they have more money to blow on their car.The point is to just drive it and have fun.

Maybe, but you don't add the numbers from manufacturer claims for each mod together. That is known as "ricer math".

My intake manufacturer claimed 15 hp and the exhaust 22 hp. It did not gain 37 hp... and I suspect it is actually closer to 10 rwhp with both of them combined... if that IMO
