Headlight motor
Does anyone have an easy solution for fixing a grinding headlight motor? The headlight functions like new just seams to grind after closing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your headlight gear is stripped, it's made out of cheap plastic. I've already had to replace one of mine. Go to this site under the electrical tab and look for 1997-2004 metal headlight gears, he has a kit to replace the stripped one. It is a bit of a pain, but a lot cheaper then a new headlight motor.
