Buzzing headlight problem

Default Buzzing headlight problem
Hi all,
When I turn off my headlights, I get a buzzing sound coming from the right one. I've noticed that the sound is from the adjusting screw?? on the top part of the light raising motor, I think. Anyone know what's up with this??? Thanks

Could it be the linkage? I shot some WD40 in the hinge pins and the problem was gone.

All sorts of things can happen when the weather gets cold.
