Default I need electrical help.....

Hey guys,

my car has been running fine for a while now. it's been a year since any column lock issues.
last time in to a chevy dealer they removed my column lock bypass thing and installed the harness k service. so it's been a year with no issues at all. I did notice that only occasionally
I would still hear the column lock actuate, sometimes it wouldnt. so , went out to start the
car this morning and it started fine, but then got "service tire pressure sytem, then, low fuel
level, then, reduced engine performance, then coolant temp read in the red, and no oil pressure reading, in fact no gauges worked on the instrument cluster correctly, then I noticed after shutting the engine off the remote didn't work. I then tried to read codes:
all modules said "no comm." as it cycled through all the modules. so basically my question is:
What in the?@?!!##$@$^ is going on? is the column lock system acting up again? Is my BCM crashed? What do I do? I have a feeling that if I try to drive it (the motor ran fine) the PCM will kill the motor like last time once the wheels start turning... I really hope that I don't
have to get it towed again.

...............Help.

Four things to do here. First, check your battery level with a meter and make sure its at 12.5 volts or above. While doing that, make sure the battery connections are clean and tight. Second, in the door-jam accordian tubes, there is a real possibility that a wire there is shorting to the frame which if so, needs to be repaired. It will knock out all comm (Found by Bill Curlee). Third thing; is there any water dripping across the BCM? If so, you udders are plugged up. Lastly, send a PM to Bill Curlee and tell him what you've got happening.

Great advice from Dave

I'd start with the battery. Classic symptoms
