Default tuner help

Does anybody know of a good tuner in PA? I live in south central Pa close to the Maryland border, about 1hour from Harrisburg.

I have a 97 vette w/varam, xpipe, and mass air flow sensor. I bought the car with these installed. The mass air sensor was at one point hooked up to a toggle switch, (don't know why), and a relay under the fuel rail cover. The toggle switch was found when working on the radio, and then it dawned on me why the relay was hooked up to the mass sensor, which is a Magenitti, sorry, not sure of the correct spelling. I'm just curios if the entire system is working correctly. Car runs great, with a little shake at idle, almost like it had some cam work done at one time, I'm the 3rd owner. The previous owner new very little about the car.
